Casual Membership Services Officers

Does it make you feel warm and fuzzy inside when you provide excellent service to a customer? Are you dedicated and hard-working and looking for casual work in a dynamic environment?   Are you passionate about sport? If so, the Fremantle Dockers Membership Department could be the place for you!

We are looking for a number of people to join us on a casual basis in providing excellent customer service both on the phone and face to face to service existing members, build our fan base and build membership for the Fremantle Dockers.

Our club services 50,000 + members and they all must be on the receiving end of seamless and professional service and we are looking for casuals who are up for the challenge!

The role is based in our new Elite Training and Admin Facility at Cockburn Central. The role is required to work standard business hours however you will be available to work at all home game days throughout the football season as well as out of hours at other club events.

IT Operations Coordinator

We are searching for that rare employee that is a bit of an “IT geek” but also loves team work and sport – does this sound like you?

If so, our newly created IT Coordinator role has your name on it.

You will be assisting the IT Operations & Projects Manager to provide support with Applications, Network operations and general IT administration for the staff of the Fremantle Dockers.

You will have at least three (3) years’ experience working in the IT Industry.

Our club is about People First and as such, to be successful you must love engaging with and helping people and have excellent communication skills and a customer service based approach to IT Support.
