Casual Membership Services Officers required 

The Fremantle Dockers are looking for enthusiastic people to join our membership team in a casual capacity to assist with membership renewals.

You will be working with a young and dynamic team and your main purpose will be to provide excellent customer service both on the phone and face to face in order to service existing members, build our fan base and build membership for the Fremantle Dockers.

Your duties will involve answering phones, processing membership applications and managing email correspondence with selected groups with some involvement with club events and marketing activities which support member activation and the development of fans.

To be successful you will have proven excellent customer service and communication skills as well as an excellent attention to detail and some experience with data entry and / or database systems.
