Membership Services Officer – Communications

The Fremantle Dockers are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and hard working person to join our busy membership team in a role responsible for providing excellent customer service focused on fan development and communication.

The main purpose of this role is to service existing members, through membership duties such as answering inbound calls, processing membership information as well as the generation of all membership emails, written communications, and management of the membership inbox.

The role will involve face-to-face interaction with members and you will be required to work at some major club events, including each home game at Domain Stadium.

A proven background in customer service with a clear commitment to providing excellent service to go above and beyond for our members at all times is absolutely essential.

High Performance Manager - Coaching

The Fremantle Dockers are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team in the exciting new role of High Performance Manager – Coaching in our Football Operations Department.

The main focus of the role is the ongoing education and development of the club’s coaching team to ensure they deliver the highest standard of coaching to the playing group.

This will involve a diverse skill set to enable the successful candidate to provide assistance and mentoring to the coaches in terms of the player development plans, teaching and feedback techniques and accountability for the coaching team’s individual development plans.

Above all else, the ideal candidate will be of exceptional personal character with a high level of integrity and work ethic with willingness to commit to the club’s trademark behaviours and values. 

A reasonable knowledge of the disciplines of sport science, psychology, coaching / education and leadership is desired.

In addition they will have an understanding of the principles of a high performance environment which may include the sporting or corporate environment.  AFL experience is not essential.

The proven ability to develop athletes and/or staff is required. The right person will be able to easily create rapport and trust with others.
