Membership Services Coordinator - Ticketing

Are you passionate about providing excellent service to a customer?  Are you dedicated and hard-working and looking for work in a dynamic environment?   Are you passionate about sport?  If so, the Fremantle Dockers Membership Department could be the place for you!

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our busy membership team to provide excellent customer service at all times to our fans and members. The successful candidate will provide excellent service both on the phone and face-to-face, to existing members and assist to build our club fan base. 

The main purpose of this role is to service existing members and to manage the clubs ticketing programs such as away games, visiting club, finals and group ticketing.

A proven background in ticketing and inventory management, alongside a history working within customer service with a clear commitment to providing excellent service to go above and beyond for our members at all times is absolutely essential.

This role is based at our Elite Training and Admin Facility at Cockburn Central working standard business hours although please note some out of standard business hours work may also be required at game days and other events.
