Membership Services Officer – Fan Development
The Fremantle Dockers are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and hard working person to join our busy membership team to provide excellent customer service at all times to our fans and members.
The main purpose of this role is to service existing members, through membership duties such as answering inbound calls, processing membership information as well as face-to-face interaction with members. In addition this role is required to analyse the current membership base to provide reports on membership, forecasting and trends. This role has a strong focus on developing and maintaining relationships.
A proven background in customer service with a clear commitment to providing excellent service to go above and beyond for our members at all times is absolutely essential.
This role is based in Fremantle working standard business hours, please note some out of standard business hours work will be required.
