MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
On-selling of Memberships and Tickets
Fremantle Dockers memberships, season tickets and match by match tickets may not, without the prior written authorisation of the Fremantle Dockers, be resold, or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions or trade promotions).
If a Fremantle Dockers membership, season ticket or match-by-match ticket is sold in breach of these conditions it will be void and will not entitle the holder to admission to the event. The unlicensed resale of a Fremantle Dockers membership, season ticket or match-by-match ticket is against the Terms and Conditions of membership and may lead to the holder of the membership/ticket being denied entry to the event.
The Fremantle Dockers have the right to cancel the membership/ticket without compensation.
Transferring of Memberships
Club memberships are not transferable except through the renewal period. Once the membership has been paid for the coming season, the club is not able to transfer memberships from one name into another.
The only way a membership can be transferred is during the renewal period when the holder of the membership signs the seat over to the new member before the membership form is processed.
Reserved Seat Memberships
To minimise the number of vacant seats in the stadium, the Fremantle Dockers reserve the right to move a member two seats to the left or right within the same row without contacting the member concerned.
Patersons Stadium Ground Management has the right to change seating configurations and classifications up until the start of the 2012 Toyota AFL season. As soon as Patersons Stadium Ground Management notifies the club of any changes, the club will notify the members concerned so alternative arrangements can be made.
