Ross Lyon had the team working hard at training in the warm conditions this morning.

After the warm up, and a quick skills session, the playing group spilt into four teams to take part in a full oval drill simulating match play.

Max Duffy kept to the boundary line running laps, while Ryan Crowley and Michael Johnson joined Anthony Morabito and Nat Fyfe in the gym.

Jack Hannath made his second appearance on Fremantle Oval, completing a full training session with the majority of thegroup.

After a gruelling running session the players relished the opportunity to practice their goal kicking (and celebration) skills.
