A picture can tell a thousands words, or in this case, ten years of  #FreoFootyRituals.

The top photo is of Peter Blakers, with his six-year-old daughter Dannie in 2003 supporting Freo at Patersons Stadium.

Flash forward 10 years, and the bottom photo is of a then 16-year-old Dannie sitting with her dad in 2013.

As part of the club’s 20-year recognition game this Sunday against Greater Western Sydney at Patersons Stadium, we are asking our fans to share their #FreoFootyRituals.

Whether it be a superstition, tradition or ritual, or if you have been a 20-year member, or just started supporting the club, we want to see how you prepare for a Freo game.

Share your #FreoFootyRituals photo via Twitter or Instagram using the #FreoFootyRituals hashtag for your chance to WIN four tickets to see Fremantle play GWS at Patersons Stadium on Sunday. The winner will be contacted on Friday 10 July 2014.

By sharing your #FreoFootyRituals, you could also WIN a 20-year merchandise pack. The winner will be contacted at 9am on Monday 14 July 2014.

As you can see the Blakers family have their #FreoFootyRituals.

“Going to the footy has always been a daddy and daughter day,” Peter said.

“We have an extremely good relationship, and football is the one thing we have always done together.

“Without a doubt going to the footy has been great bonding time.”

The dad and daughter duo attended last year’s AFL grand final together.

After missing out on receiving tickets through the club’s ballot, they were lucky enough to get tickets off a friend and make the journey across to Melbourne.

“We drove across to the grand final last year, it was definitely an adventure and definitely worth it,” Dannie said.

“We had a fantastic time together.
