Good friend and fellow troubadour Matt Gresham will join him on the Fremantle Cappuccino Strip for the performance, which will take place around midday.
Gresham is one of Australia’s most popular independent artists and made the top 24 of the hit Seven program X-Factor in 2012 and 2013.
McPharlin met Gresham, who is a Freo Dockers supporter, a couple of years ago.
The pair joined forces for a jam session earlier this year, which was recorded and uploaded onto YouTube.
Gresham has recently released his new album Beautiful Emptiness. He’ll be performing it at the Quarry Amphitheatre on Friday 12 December as part of his Australian tour.
