Fremantle captain Matthew Pavlich has revealed who he picked in the club’s leadership group vote.

In an established club process, Fremantle’s players each select five teammates on a 5,4,3,2,1 basis.

Pavlich was happy to share his choices, and it turns out the skipper was on the money.

He voted for, in no particular order, Aaron Sandilands, Luke McPharlin, David Mundy, Lee Spurr and Nat Fyfe.

Those players were the five elected to be Pavlich’s deputies in 2015.

Fyfe was the only new addition to the club’s leadership group, while Spurr was added last year.

And no, Pavlich did not vote for himself.

“I haven’t voted for myself ever, I don’t think there’s been a player that’s done so,” he told Channel 7 on Wednesday night.
