Tanner Smith
Tanner played defence opposed to David Johnston, Mitchell Morton and Brennan Stack. His assertive positioning was a positive of his game and he got to good starting points to react and impact the contest.

Ethan Hughes
Ethan played on the wing opposed to Jared Bell and then moved into defence opposed to Mitchell Morton and Brennan Stack. Ethan is still finding his feet, but referenced his opponent well and is continuing to develop his use and decision making.

Tom Vandeleur
Tom played in defence opposed to Rowan Brookes and Mitchell Morton before moving into Peel’s forward line where he kicked a goal. He was strong with his groundballs and in the second quarter showed some assertive positioning and good composure.

Paul Duffield
Paul played in defence and rotated through the wing. He looked to roll off and create from halfback. Paul worked well in defence organising and communicating well with his teammates and kicked a goal late in the fourth quarter.

Matt Taberner
Matt played as Peel’s tall forward opposed to Samuel Garstone where he was dominant. His strong lead and movement were a positive of his game and he worked hard to get into good positions. Matt’s use was effective finishing with four goals for the game and he created several other scoring opportunities.

Connor Blakely
Connor rotated through high forward and as an inside mid. When playing high forward he worked hard with outlet and release run. He controlled and opened the space when in the midfield and was strong and composed.

Josh Deluca
Josh played high forward opposed to Daniel O’Sullivan where he had a solid performance. He ran hard and his effort was solid showing strong chase and tackle. Josh worked to get to the contest and finished with one goal.

Lachie Weller
Lachie played in defence for the first three quarters of the game on Perth small forward Callum Collard, keeping him to one goal. He gave good drive and run out of defence and worked to get into good positions. Lachie moved into inside mid for the fourth quarter where he had an impact.

Jon Griffin
Jon rotated between ruck and high forward where he provided Peel with good energy and effort. He was competitive at ground level providing physical pressure and aggression. Jon’s defensive pressure in the forward 50 was also solid where he reacted to cover the most dangerous defender.

Zac ClarkeZac rotated between ruck and forward, where he had a big influence in the ruck, winning the majority of contests. His second efforts were consistent over four quarters, finishing with seven clearances and eight tackles. Zac’s use was also a positive of his game where he used the first option consistently and displayed a high work rate to stay in the play and link up.

Craig Moller
Craig played predominantly key forward with some instances in the ruck. He provided a lot of ground level energy and was sharp with the handball in congestion. Craig competed in the air over the four quarters, which was highlighted with two strong contested pack marks in the second half.

Tendai Mzungu
Tendai played inside mid for the majority of the game with a small rotation to the high forward role. He positioned strongly and rolled off well to impact. His release run was also a positive of his game, where he worked hard to spread both offensively and defensively from the stoppage. 

Max Duffy
Max played forward with periods on the wing. He showed strong release run forward, with the ability to find space and hit the scoreboard, finishing with five goals. He was strong in the forward role around the contest where he had impact and was strong in the forward 50 with defensive pressure.

Brady Grey
Brady played inside mid for the majority of the game with periods at high forward. He showed some good release run and worked to be involved in two chains. His forward 50 pressure was a positive of his game where he had three tackles and displayed examples of strong blocking for his teammate.

Jacob Ballard
Jacob played inside mid for the game, where he was strong inside the contest, finishing with 12 clearances. His bodywork was good and he was strong with his positioning.
