Brisbane vice captain Pearce Hanley has failed to overcome hamstring tightness and has been left out of the 25-man squad to take on Fremantle at Domain Stadium on Sunday.
Hanley had 13 touches and kicked a trademark fleet-footed goal that set the crowd alight against the Crows in his first game at the Gabba this season after hip surgery.
He was subbed off in the third quarter after feeling warning signs in his hamstring.

Hanley was set to play game 100 on Sunday.
Defender Ryan Harwood will miss with a calf injury and ruckman Stefan Martin is unavailable for selection after receiving a two match suspension for striking.
The Match Review Panel offered Martin the two-week penalty with an early plea after finding he struck Adelaide’s Luke Brown during the second quarter of last weekend’s match.
Ryan Lester, Brent Staker, Darcy Gardiner and Sam Mayes come into the final 22. Tom Cutler has been omitted.
