Participants in Live the Dream, presented by Decmil, learned about leadership and the media on day four of their program.

The group of 16 students took part in orienteering, team building and leadership exercises in bushland in Chidlow.

Rare visit to Freo rooms for Live the Dream

Later in the day the group learned from Fremantle’s Communications team about the role the media plays in modern AFL.

They took part in a mock press conference before then hitting the track with Team Freo for a training session on Fremantle Oval.

The group then headed out for an evening of ten-pin bowling.

The program gives 16-year-old young people the opportunity to develop skills and behaviors, which can deliver long-term benefits to the individual and their local community.
