Where is undercover seating?
While most seats cannot be guaranteed as undercover, more than 85 per cent of Optus Stadium has some coverage. The nature of the cover depends on the position of the sun. During the day, weather conditions can vary considerably. It is recommended to sit further back in the row allocation to improve your protection from the sun. If you are unsure whether your seat is undercover, please contact the membership team to discuss.
Where are Security and First Aid located at Optus Stadium?
WA Police, Security and Customer Service staff will be on-site throughout the day to assist you. IF YOU SEE SOMETHING / SAY SOMETHING! Please report any unusual or suspicious behaviour, unattended items and anti-social behaviour to Stadium staff or Police immediately. Or text 0409 317 771 for assistance. Where can I purchase Food and Beverage at the game?
Optus Stadium has a variety of food and beverage outlets throughout the Stadium. View BYO guidelines here. Optus Stadium is a licensed premises. Please assist us by being a responsible consumer. Fines apply for the supply of alcohol to minors or intoxicated persons. Persons deemed to be intoxicated will be removed from the venue.
Where are ATM’s at Optus Stadium?
Limited ATMs are available in the Stadium, so come prepared with enough cash if you need it. ATMs inside the Stadium are located on Level 1 adjacent to Aisles 104 & 130 and Level 5 adjacent to Aisles 518 & 537. EFTPOS and Credit Card facilities are available at all food and beverage outlets.
Can I purchase merchandise on game-day?
The merchandise outlets at the Stadium will be operated by Rebel Sport. Please note that, as outlets at Optus Stadium are not run by the club, you will not be able to redeem your members discount on match day from these outlets.

Located across all levels of the Stadium and in the Stadium Park.
Can I smoke at Optus Stadium?
Smoking is prohibited except in designated smoking areas, located 5 metres external to the Stadium entry gates. This includes electronic cigarettes (e-cig or e-cigarettes), personal vaporisers, electronic nicotine delivery systems, or other battery powered vaporisers. Check smoking locations with Stadium staff.
