The clearance specialist continued his elite form in the first half of 2011, averaging 26 possessions in his first 10 games before suffering a serious ankle injury in round 12. Was rushed back to face North Melbourne in round 22 with his team’s finals chances on the line, but didn’t play again. A club leader, he has formed a brilliant stoppage partnership with ruckman Aaron Sandilands and is pivotal to Fremantle’s finals chances.
