Hill wins Integrated Recruit of the Year
Stephen Hill has added another string to his bow in his debut season after taking out the 2009 Integrated Recruit of the Year award.
The award is proudly sponsored by the club’s major sponsor, Integrated.
"At Integrated we know how important it is to recruit the right people and this is why we are proud sponsor of Fremantle’s Recruit of the Year award," said Integrated Executive General Manager Sales and Marketing, Tom Parker.
The Integrated Recruit of the Year is determined by votes based on the weekly playing performances of each of the 2009 new recruits, either senior or rookie, in both the AFL and WAFL ranks.
At the end of the 2009 season, as expected, the winner came down to the wire with young gun Stephen Hill taking the honour by three votes from Nick Suban.
1st place – Stephen Hill (70 votes)
2nd place – Nick Suban (67 votes)
3rd place – Matt de Boer (62 votes)
