Fremantle’s Des Headland spent yesterday afternoon on Channel Nine’s News set with the new weather presenter Angela Tsun, reporting for ‘Freo Confidential’ which will go to air on FTV next Thursday.

The 25-year-old from New South Wales only arrived in Perth last week and she will start her role as Nine’s new weather presenter this coming Monday evening when she joins the Nine’s News team with Dixie Marshall and Greg Pearce nightly from 6pm.

After completing a Bachelor of Science Communications at the University of NSW degree and having worked on Foxtel’s Weather Channel for four years, Angela will research and write her own nightly reports and she also hopes to take the weather reports out of the studio and out on location where possible.
