Thanks to Freo fan '@bam_123_' on twitter, we bring you some of the best and some of the more underrated moments from Freo's win against the Western Bulldogs on Saturday night at Optus Stadium.

Amber has picked 22 of her highlights from the game, so sit back and enjoy!

Brandon Matera didn’t just kick the goals on Saturday, he was gut running and applying pressure at every opportunity! The improvements he has made to his game are immense, he is a huge part of Freo's success this season so far and he deserves every bit of praise he’s getting.

Bradley Hill tucking the ball under his arm and going for a run has to be one of the greatest plays to watch in the league! Absolutely obsessed with the confidence he has at the moment and loved the crowd getting behind him here too.

I struggle to not put every single thing Sam Switkowski does in here, he is that spectacular! His running to get to this mark, and to nail it with so much pressure on him is insane for a guy playing his fifth game!

This footwork from Walters is elite! Such a joy to watch him excel at his craft with such skill and talent. His efficiency at this moment was key and it paid off with this play leading to Jesse Hogan’s goal.

Nat Fyfe is a beast, I love how he throws himself into every contest! It’s surprising how underrated his game from Saturday has been, he didn’t dominate the clearances as he usually does, but 30 possessions (16 contested) @ 83% with nine marks and five tackles is a massive day out.

How good's the pressure from Michael Walters here to force the turnover that lead to his goal in the second quarter? Reminds me of 2013.

Nathan Wilson -> Michael Walters: This kick and this mark...wow. Walters' effort here is outstanding!

Outside of David Mundy's third term, this was without a doubt the highlight of the game. You could hear the impact from the stands. Ethan Hughes' strength stands out when he plays, and he used it to execute this bump perfectly! Love how he follows it straight up with an efficient second effort too.

This was one of Joel Hamling's best games in purple! This game was one where we could truly appreciate how good Freo's defence is, the Dogs peppered their attack on several occasions and the back six had an answer most of the time.

I love when a one percenter gets the return on investment it deserves. This kind of moment should not be underrated, this ball was going directly into the Dogs 50 and instead it turned into a goal for us, what an effort from Hill.

Super clever stuff from Travis Colyer, he outran and then outsmarted a Norm Smith medalist here! Not seen in the GIF, but the gut running that led to this play was elite too.

I’ve used the term ‘threading the needle’ a few times, but this was threading the needle without licking the thread! Cam McCarthy could not have executed this kick better.

I include one of these every week but how could I not? I just love this so much from Alex Pearce! It’s insane how someone of his size ducks and weaves the way he does, just magic.

The third quarter belonged to David Mundy! It was so fitting that on his 300th game the spiritual leader turned the game around the way he did. This bump was a turning point in the game that lead to his first goal.

Moment of the game! In true Mundy fashion with ice in his veins, looking like he has all the time in the world, he executes a difficult goal perfectly to get us back within a point. So clutch.

This soccer from Reece Conca off the ground worked out so well, with Matera finding it and scoring a goal! Conca has an amazing intuition when it comes to finding a fast possession to get the ball out of a contest.

How much do you love seeing kicks like this from Willo. Best game of the year for him with 25 possessions at 88% and a monster 754 meters gained.

This hit out from Rory Lobb to Fyfe's advantage was amazing...he couldn’t have executed it better.

Switta had no right to do this, Marcus Bontempelli is 20kg heavier than him! He was named the unsung hero by AFL players this round and they couldn’t be more right. He might not kick the goals and rack up the stats, but you can never fault his effort. A true team player.

After Switta's tackle he passed to Matera who goaled! Loved this moment between them after, they’re fast becoming a powerful combo in the forward line. These moments are so special to see, the ones that show how happy these guys are and how much they are playing for each other.

THIS PRESSURE OMG! I was out of my seat at this moment, Trav ran so far and didn’t drop a millisecond of pace at all! Guaranteed goal without this effort.

How good was Ryan Nyhuis, one of the best games in purple for him! There’s not much more you can ask from a half back than 19 disposals at 100% efficiency plus six marks, there’s some serious depth in defence in this team.
