Fremantle take on the Swans on Saturday night at Optus Stadium.

Here’s who could come in for the clash.

Brett Bewley
The running midfielder starred for Peel on Saturday, racking up 27 possessions and delivering seven inside 50s. The mature-aged recruit has played five games in his debut AFL season, averaging 14 disposals per game.

Bailey Banfield
The young midfielder also impressed for Peel with 26 disposals, 11 tackles and a goal. Banfield has averaged just under 25 disposals for Peel this season and is looking to add to his four AFL games played in 2019.

Lachie Schultz
Schultz kicked two goals to go with his 22 disposals as a forward for Peel. Along with Bewley and Banfield, Schultz was listed among Peel’s best for the game. The 22-year-old is continuing to push a case to return to the Freo lineup after making his debut in round one and playing three of the opening four games this season.

Aaron Sandilands
Sandilands was set to return against the Swans but the ruckman is in doubt due to a minor calf issue. Senior coach Ross Lyon said in Wednesday’s media conference that Fremantle would wait until Thursday to make a decision.
“We’ll know more Thursday but we’re hopeful it’s just DOMS (delayed-onset muscle soreness),” Lyon said.
“This week will tell a tale to be frank. If it’s DOMS and he can get going, we’ve got a decision to make.”

Taylin Duman
Duman travelled with Fremantle to Launceston as an emergency, and in Wednesday’s media conference, Lyon credited the defender for his recent efforts for Peel. Duman has played eight games for Fremantle this season, averaging 14.4 disposals and 5.3 marks per game.

Griffin Logue
Logue laid seven tackles for Peel on Saturday. The defender has played four AFL games this season, averaging 15.3 disposals and 4.8 marks per game.

Mitch Crowden
Crowden had an uncharacteristically quiet game for Peel on Saturday but the midfielder would still remain in consideration for selection. Crowden has averaged 23.5 disposals for Peel this season and has played one game at AFL level, when he had 16 disposals and laid six tackles against West Coast in round 16.
