GENERAL ENQUIRIES

What is the current situation for 2020 Toyota AFL Premiership Season?

The 2020 AFL season has been postponed after just one round due to the coronavirus outbreak.

The 2020 NAB AFL Women's season has been cancelled, with no premiership to be awarded.

The club acknowledges the recommendations of the Federal Government to limit mass gatherings and supports the AFL’s decision to prioritise the health and safety of the community.

When will footy return?

In a phone hook-up of club officials, the AFL said no matches would be played before June, but it is known that that timeframe could be significantly pushed back.

There remains, though, a commitment to somehow play the remaining 144 matches of the 2020 season, which was previously reduced to a 17-game-per-team fixture.

MEMBERSHIP & TICKETING

I am a Fremantle member with AFL game access, what will happen to my membership?

We are still working through what the impact of COVID-19 will have on our club and subsequently our membership program.
As soon as the AFL confirms how the 2020 season will be structured, we will work through this as a club and communicate to our members as efficiently as possible.

I have already purchased tickets to a Fremantle game this season, what should I do?

Fans who have purchased tickets for Round 1 of the 2020 Toyota AFL Premiership Season against Essendon are eligible for a full refund via Ticketmaster and can expect to receive communications directly via email in the coming days.

We continue to work with the AFL and ticketing agents to provide updates on future rounds as the situation progresses.

I need to speak to someone at the club about my membership/tickets/game access.

We understand our members and fans may have a lot of questions regarding the current situation and thank you for your understanding and patience as we aim to share as much information as possible as things progress.

We ask that you understand that our staff may not be able to provide all the answers to your questions right now and recommend that you follow our updates via email, Club website and the official Club app to keep up to date with the latest news.

Our Membership Services Team is on hand to assist with further queries the best they can and can be reached at membership@fremantlefc.com.au

What if I am yet to receive my 2020 membership pack?

Membership fulfilment will continue as normal. If you have yet to receive your pack, please send an email to membership@fremantlefc.com.au, including your account ID, and we will provide you with an update.

What is the status of other Fremantle Dockers events?

Since Friday’s announcement that all AFL games will be played under “lockout” conditions for the foreseeable future, we have been working with the AFL to establish what this means for our members and supporters.

Protecting the health of players, staff and members is at the forefront of all decisions we are making in these unprecedented times and subsequently we have made the difficult choice to postpone all club functions and events until further notice.

CLUB & FACILITIES

What else is the club doing to minimise the spread of COVID 19 to staff and players?

From a club perspective, what our members and supporters want is calm, measured and professional leadership.

Our ongoing and critical priority is the health and well-being of all of our people, including that of our players, staff, members and supporters.

That is why, for example, we have closed to the public both the club's reception area and Team Store at Cockburn, and have put in place measures for as many staff as possible to work remotely.

Is the Cockburn ARC still open?

As of Friday, March 20, the ARC facility (including the Café) will be closed to the public until further notice.

Fremantle Dockers reception, facilities and Team Store are also closed until further notice. Our online Team Store will still be in operation via teamstore@fremantlefc.com.au.

I have an outstanding order with the Fremantle Dockers Team Store.

We are currently still taking online orders and fulfilling orders as normal. There is currently no disruption to the fulfilment of your orders; however, Click and Collect is not available as a delivery option at this time.

How can we support the club at this time?

Current events are unprecedented for our community and for the AFL, and we need your support more than ever! We know you’ll be cheering us on from home, so you can stay connected with the club via our website and social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram.

Members and fans can also continue to shop online at the Fremantle Dockers Team Store; the only place to buy your team merchandise and ensure 100% of the profits remain with your club.

We truly appreciate your support and understanding as we all navigate this uncertain period.
