Outlook: Duffy had shoulder surgery after the 2014 season and resumed full pre-season training in late January. Showed great goal sense in his AFL debut last year and will push for more opportunities.

What the coach says (Marc Webb): Max finished well last year. He’s had a bit of a delayed start to the pre-season because of a shoulder injury but he’s built himself back into full football and looking like getting back to his best.

Season by Season

Duffy came on as the sub in his AFL debut and booted two late goals against Geelong at Simonds Stadium. Played two games this season and showed promise.

Max is a super talent and possesses genuine x-factor. He reads the game well, has clean hands and is a very good kick of the footy. His speed and agility are outstanding, as some of line breaking runs this season displayed.

His 2013 year was ruined by injury, particularly a troublesome hamstring.
