The AFL has confirmed the dates and times for Round 10 of the 2023 NAB AFLW Season.

The final day of the home and away season kicks off on Sunday 5 November with Carlton looking to lock down a finals spot as they take on St Kilda at Ikon Park. Collingwood and Richmond will put it all on the line as they get set to play each other at Victoria Park before Walyalup play the Sydney Swans at Fremantle Oval in the final game of the regular season.

The final round of the home and away season, which celebrates Pride Round, kicks off in Far North Queensland as the Gold Coast SUNS take on Essendon at Great Barrier Reef Arena in Mackay on Friday 3 November. With both teams still vying to make finals it’s set to be a hot clash.

Saturday 4 November shapes to be a ‘Super Saturday’ with opportunities to play finals also on the line for a host of teams. The Western Bulldogs and the North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos kick off the day at Whitten Oval before Port Adelaide host the GWS GIANTS at Alberton Oval. The competition then moves to WA as the West Coast Eagles play the Adelaide Crows at Mineral Resources Park, as the Geelong Cats and Hawthorn meet on the east coast at GMHBA stadium.

The final match of ‘Super Saturday’ between the Brisbane Lions and Melbourne at Brighton Homes Arena will have more than finals implications at stake, with both teams still firmly in the running to take home the McClelland Trophy and one million dollars, which is awarded to the top club at the end of both the men’s and women’s competitions.

Head of Broadcast Operations and Scheduling, Josh Bowler, said both an exciting end to the season and potential finals scheduling were all taken into consideration when setting the Round 10 fixture.

“The final round of the 2023 NAB AFLW season has been set up to provide a thrilling conclusion to the home and away season whilst also taking into consideration the potential number of days break for teams heading into the first week of finals,” said Bowler.

“On behalf of the AFL, I would like to thank the 18 clubs, players and the AFLPA, coaches, umpires, officials, broadcasters, venues, corporate partners, all state and territory governments, and of course the fans who have attended the season so far and watched at home.”

The AFL also advises that the Round Nine match between the Adelaide Crows and the North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos on Sunday 29 October will move to Norwood Oval due to a surface redevelopment at Unley Oval.
