DOB: 02/09/2005
POSITION: Wing
HEIGHT: 168cm
DRAFTED FROM: South Adelaide

Playing as a pure winger for South Adelaide this season in the SANFL Women’s League, Ifould showed off her speed, endurance and work-rate to play in some big games in 2023.

Ifould also played as an outside midfielder for South Australia throughout the Under 18s carnival and proved a good runner who can utilise open spaces well.

What stands out about Ifould is her ability to cover ground and work hard between the arcs, gaining confidence as the year went on and winning the best on ground medal in the State Academy v SANFLW U23 All-Stars match.

Short-kicking and ariel ability are two of Ifould’s biggest strengths, using her skills to find space, open up the field and hit targets with precision.

Ifould is also no stranger to success, having the unique story of winning two flags in one day playing for the 17s side at Willunga and stepping up to the senior side shortly after.

AFLW Senior Coach Lisa Webb was excited to add Ifould's calibre to her playing list.

“We are thrilled to welcome Holly to Fremantle at pick no.49,” Webb said.

"We know she has a really strong work rate and is disciplined in playing her role."
