Fremantle will head into the Club’s first ever Good Friday clash with an unchanged team to face Adelaide at Optus Stadium.

Senior Coach Justin Longmuir has elected for an unchanged team following the Club’s 26-point victory over North Melbourne last Saturday at Marvel Stadium.

Karl Worner was eligible for selection following his concussion sustained in round one against Brisbane, but the Club has elected to keep Worner on the sidelines for another week to ensure he fully recovers.

The call to go unchanged comes as the Club begins their 2024 campaign 2-0, the first time since 2015 Fremantle has been in this position.

The Club’s extended bench of Michael Frederick, Jaeger O’Meara, Jeremy Sharp, Brandon Walker and Bailey Banfield includes the tactical substitution, who will be named from one of those five players 60 minutes before the game on Friday.

Cooper Simpson, Liam Reidy and Patrick Voss have been named as emergencies for the clash.

Friday's match will also mark Jordan Clark's 50th game in purple, as he chalks up career game no.82.

Bounce down will be at 4.30pm WST with the game to be broadcast live on 7mate and Fox Footy, as well as streamed live on Kayo Sports.
