Fremantle young gun Georgie Brisbane has been named in the AFLPA’s 22under22 Squad for 2025, after a breakout first season in the AFLW.
18-year-old Brisbane, who made her AFLW debut in Round 1 against Port Adelaide, has played 10 out of a possible 11 games to date in 2025.
Standing tall at 175cm, Brisbane has worked hard to be a target in the forward line, booting five goals for the season, with two of those being in the Club’s Round 11 clash with Richmond.
Her selection in the squad underlines her fast development and versatility, swinging into the ruck when needed and taking important marks in crucial moments of a game.

Voting is open for seven days from Thursday 30 October to Thursday 6 November with the final team to be announced on 12 November via the AFL Players’ Association’s social media channels.
