If you have registered with Ticketek for the Fremantle members Grand Final ballot please be advised successful and unsuccessful members will be notified by the following methods on Monday 23 September:

1: Ticketek and the Fremantle Football Club will post registration account numbers (Ticketek account number) on the Club and Ticketek websites, these will be on Ticketek from 7am WST and the Fremantle website from 9am WST

2: Email notification of successful and unsuccessful members will be sent to members by the Club.

Members who are successful in obtaining a 2013 Grand Final ticket will automatically be charged for tickets once it has been confirmed that Fremantle will participate in the 2013 Grand Final. Ticketekwill follow up any rejected credit cards and all payments for tickets must be cleared by 3pm WST Sunday, September 22. After this time, unpaid tickets will be returned to be allocated to another member.

Members will be able to collect their ticket/s from 10am WST Monday September 23 through all Victorian Ticketek agencies and selected Perth Ticketek agencies, only WA agencies listed as City Box Office Collect are able to print pre-purchased event tickets.

Alternatively, the Ticketek box office at the MCG (Gate 3) will also be available on Grand Final day for ticket collections. Please note that only the credit card holder may collect the tickets and must present photo ID, the credit card used to purchase the tickets and the Ticketek Account Number. It is highly recommended that the credit card holder collects their tickets prior to Grand Final day. 2013 Grand Final tickets will not be posted.

The AFL Grand Final is a Declared Event under the provisions of the Major Sporting Events Act 2009, a breach of which may be an indictable offence and allows your ticket to be cancelled.
Grand Final tickets may not, without the prior written consent of the AFL, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission. Scalping warning: In addition, the resale of tickets in certain circumstances is governed by ticket sales legislation and may attract criminal penalties.
