Collingwood veteran Travis Varcoe has suffered another hamstring problem.

The classy speedster left the field in the third term of the Magpies’ 35-point win over the Western Bulldogs at Etihad Stadium on Friday night.

Varcoe has had several hamstring problems during his time at Collingwood.

Pies coach Nathan Buckley said Varcoe had likely sustained a hamstring strain.

“He said he didn't feel that much (pain) but it just tightened up. So we’ll see how he tracks,” Buckley revealed post-match.

The Magpies have endured a cursed run with hamstring injuries with the other victims this year including Jordan De Goey, Taylor Adams, Jamie Elliott, Darcy Moore and Josh Smith.
