The Royal Flying Doctor Service provides emergency care, lifesaving outcomes, and health treatment and advice to almost 70,000 people in Western Australia every year.

If you should have a medical emergency, anywhere around our state, rest assured the RFDS will be there whenever and wherever you need them.

Visit the RFDS team at the entry of Gate 10 on Saturday night at Domain Stadium to speak to their team of volunteers, learn more about the service and see for yourself the real–life Pilatus PC12 flight simulator.

The simulator was the first of its kind in the southern hemisphere.

This new state of the art pilot training simulator enhances pilots’ skills providing advanced training that otherwise requires the use of an aircraft, ensuring they are competent and confident in every situation they may face.

The Pilatus PC12 flight simulator forms part of the RFDS Aviation Centre of Excellence, a 24-hour a day, 365 days a year PC12 pilot training and ongoing certification and accreditation for RFDS pilots in Western Australia, South Australia, and other PC12 operators around the country.
