Former Fremantle board member Greg Wall was today announced as one of two new appointments to the West Australian Football Commission.

Mr Wall is an experienced CEO/Managing Director who until recently was MD of Home Building Society. His football involvement has been as an amateur player and as a board member of Fremantle Football Club from February 2002 to December 2005.

Joining Mr Wall as a new Commissioner is Brett Fullarton.

Mr Fullarton is currently a partner at KPMG and has a strong financial background. He has been a board member of the WAAFL since 2001 and played football at both amateur and League level (East Perth).

The two new Commissioners were elected to replace outgoing Commissioners Ian Taylor and Ric Gloede, who retire on 31 December 2008.

The appointments will be for terms of three years commencing on 1 January 2009 and expiring on 31 December 2011.
