Fremantle player Colin Sylvia will train with partner WAFL club Peel Thunder after it was determined he was not meeting the physical requirements for AFL football.

General manager football operations Chris Bond said the 29-year-old had not been able to get himself to the standard required by Fremantle.

“We will continue to work closely with Colin, but he now has the opportunity to go to Peel Thunder and focus on getting himself back to the level required to play in the AFL,” Bond said.
