The NAB Challenge draws to a close this Sunday as Fremantle locks horns with West Coast at Domain Stadium (formerly Patersons Stadium).

Plenty of experience comes into the Freo squad, while the likes of Paul Duffield (rib), Tendai Mzungu (hamstring), Hayden Ballantyne (calf) and Michael Barlow (ankle) will miss with another week with injury to prepare for round 1.

West Coast will go into the match fresh from two weeks off after their last NAB Challenge match, a 40-point loss to Port Adelaide.

TALKING POINTS
1. Add a dash of experience: Freo will be boosted by a combined 717 games of AFL experience as Luke McPharlin, Aaron SandilandsDanyle Pearce and Lee Spurr have been added to the squad.

2. Returning Eagles: West Coast stars Nic Naitanui and Scott Selwood have returned to the Eagles squad for this pre-season derby.

3. Last chance saloon: It is Freo’s last hit-out before the round 1 blockbuster Starlight Purple Haze game against Port Adelaide on Easter Sunday. Expect to see players get more minutes on the field instead of being rotated through.
