The final six rounds of the season will be defining in shaping the first week of the Toyota AFL Finals Series.

Fremantle sit on top of the AFL ladder with 14 wins and two losses but the top three, including West Coast and Hawthorn, is separated by just eight points.

The club faces some tough games in coming weeks including a mouth-watering Carlton Draught Derby in Round 20 against West Coast.

That game is followed by clashes with finals contender North Melbourne and Port Adelaide at Adelaide Oval in Round 23.

There is a logjam further down the ladder with fifth-placed Richmond just two wins clear of ninth-placed Greater Western Sydney.

Fans can use the AFL’s’ ladder predictor to calculate where they think Fremantle will finish come Round 23.

That final game could decide whether Fremantle finish in the top two and earn a home preliminary final.
