Fremantle’s on field future remains in good hands if the 2015 Doig Medal count is anything to go by.

While veteran Aaron Sandilands brought home the club’s most prestigious medal at Crown Perth on Saturday night, four of the top six were aged 25 or under.

Stephen Hill (25), Nat Fyfe (24), Michael Walters (24) and Lachie Neale (22) all finished in the top six.

A number of other younger players also polled well such as Tommy Sheridan (21), who earned 90 votes from his 19 games, while Alex Pearce (20) polled 70 votes from 13 games.
