Nat Fyfe has capped off his remarkable season with another award, the 2015 WA Media Awards AFL Player of the Year.

The Brownlow Medallist and AFL Players’ Association Most Valuable Player was awarded the honour at a ceremony at Domain Stadium on Tuesday night.

Fyfe was also named the Fremantle Player of the Year, at the awards hosted by the WA Football Media Guild in partnership with the WA Football Commission.

The 24-year-old averaged a stunning 28.7 disposals per game in 2015 on his way to becoming Fremantle’s inaugural Brownlow Medallist.
