Taberner's reliable kick

Matt Taberner has improved on last year's accuracy by 5 per cent.

Key forward Matt Taberner has been Fremantle’s most accurate kick for goal so far this season.

Taberner is kicking at an accuracy of 75 per cent, the best of all Fremantle players who have kicked 10 or more goals this season. He currently sits fifth for goal kicking accuracy in the league.

His 18.6 is the best record at the club this season, followed by Michael Walters who’s kicked 34.18 at an accuracy of 65 per cent.

Hayden Ballantyne (26.14) is also kicking at 65 per cent, while Mathew Pavlich (30.22) sits fourth with 58 per cent, Lachie Weller (12.10) fifth with 54 per cent and Chris Mayne (18.17) sixth kicked at 51 per cent.
