Wednesday morning at Fremantle's headquarters started with a Ross Lyon Media conference. 

There the senior coach praised forward Matt Taberner's work with Peel and said Michael Walters could find time in the midfield this week

Meanwhile in the gym, Hayden Ballantyne and Stephen Hill were hard at work in their recovey from injury. 

On the track, Aaron Sandilands overcame a cheeky Ed Langdon and some casual banter to kick truly from the angle.

The the boys got into the game simulation with Bradley Hill looking good on the track.
