Fremantle take on West Coast in Sunday's 46th Carlton Draught Derby.

David Mundy and Lee Spurr will replace Tommy Sheridan and Brady Grey in the final 22 to take on West Coast this Sunday.

Mundy missed last weekend’s win against the Roos due to illness and Spurr was ruled out with a calf injury.

Tommy Sheridan comes out of the team due to a hamstring injury while Brady Grey has been omitted.

Nick Suban will play his 150th game this Sunday making him eligible for life membership of the Freo Dockers.

Fremantle take on West Coast in the 46th Carlton Draught Derby this Sunday a Domain Stadium at 2.40pm.
