Six Fremantle players earned votes from the senior coaches following Freo’s 54-point victory against the Western Bulldogs at Optus Stadium on Saturday.

It’s the second time this season that Fremantle have swept the voting in the Shadforth AFLCA Champion Player of the Year Award.

It’s also the second time Nat Fyfe has collected the maximum 10 votes, with both instances also happening in round three against Gold Coast. 

Fyfe earned the recognition from senior coaches Ross Lyon and Luke Beveridge for his 43-disposal performance, which is the most in his 143-game career.

Michael Walters earned the second-most votes on the back of his five-goal effort.

Aaron Sandilands (53 hitouts) and Nathan Wilson (27 disposals, 10 inside 50s) earned five votes each.

The voting was rounded out by Ed Langdon (26 disposals) and Cam McCarthy (10 marks, 2 goals) earning one vote each. 

As round five is still underway, the updated leaderboard will be released on Thursday.
