Peel Thunder were defeated by West Perth by 31 points on Saturday at HBF Arena.

Mitch Crowden
Played more on ball this week with 30 possessions. His clearance work and bodywork was a feature and he also continued with his effort around the ball with 12 hard ball gets. It was a good performance.

Matt Taberner
Played forward for the game in his first game back. He really demanded the ball deeper in the forwardline and was able to kick three goals from his set shots. He led up well in a promising performance. 

Brady Grey
Played forward with some time on ball in the last quarter. It was a good performance with his pressure around the contest and he ended up with five clearances and a goal.

Tom North
Played on the wing and inside midfield. His run in the first half on the wing was a highlight for him. He broke the lines well and then had an impact in the second half when he went on ball, ending up with 20 possessions.

Hugh Dixon
Played forward for the game. He led up the ball well and was good around the contest. He was clean, strong and came at the ball well with his leading. He also kicked a goal in what was a good day for Hugh.

Danyle Pearce
Played the majority of the game on ball. It was another solid performance and he played well around the contest with five clearances and seven inside 50s. He also kicked a quality goal in the third quarter.

Harley Bennell
Played on ball and forward. He was realty clean and spread well with eight marks and kicked a couple of classy goals.

Ethan Hughes
Played back on a tough day. He played the majority of the game on Andrew Strijk. He was solid with the ball in hand and was able to roll off a few times and take two contested marks to help support the defence. 

Shane Kersten
Played back for the game where he spent the majority of his time on Tyler Keitel. He had 17 possessions with 14 kicks and he was our main exit kicker from deep 50 and was clean with the ball. 

Cam McCarthy
Played forward where he had seven marks and five tackles. His pressure was good and his work rate continues to improve. He led up at the ball in a solid performance.

Luke Strnadica
Played in the ruck where he had 24 hitouts in a good battle with Christopher Keunen. He took some good marks around the ground with three contested marks from his total of seven and he also kicked a goal when he went forward.

Hayden Ballantyne
Played forward where his run and pressure as per usual was a feature of his game. He got his hands on the ball around the stoppages as well, which was important.

Lloyd Meek
Played forward and then in the ruck. His centre square bounce ruckwork was really strong, giving our mids first use and his follow up around the contest continues to improve and was a highlight for him.

Sam Switkowski
Played forward where his run and speed around the contest was good. He also had an impact with his ability to pressure in the forwardline.
