Fremantle will need to make at least two changes heading into Sunday’s clash with Carlton at Optus Stadium.

Andrew Brayshaw has been ruled out for the season with a broken jaw and Stephen Hill will miss at least two weeks with a quad injury.

Defender Joel Hamling has also been ruled out for 1-2 weeks with a calf injury, however he is technically not an omission due to being replaced by Michael Johnson before bouncedown.

Here’s who could come in for the clash.

Tommy Sheridan
Was the likely best on ground for Peel in their win against East Perth last Saturday, collecting 39 possessions and laying 10 tackles in the midfield.
Sheridan has played 10 games for Fremantle this season, kicking seven goals and averaging 16.9 possessions.

Stefan Giro
Giro responded to his omission for the Western Derby with 27 disposals and five inside 50s against East Perth.
The 19-year-old rookie has played eight AFL games in his debut season and has averaged 16 disposals.

Ryan Nyhuis
Nyhuis is now eligible for selection having served his three game suspension for rough conduct following Freo’s clash with Port Adelaide. The defender has played six games in the AFL and six games in the WAFL this season.

Shane Kersten
Kersten made the switch to defence earlier in the year and has averaged six marks and 15 disposals per game from six AFL appearances.

Taylin Duman
Duman could also be called on to fill a void down back. The 192cm defender has made seven appearances in his debut season and collected a career-high 17 disposals and six marks in his most recent appearance against Hawthorn.

Ethan Hughes
Hughes has played 10 WAFL game this season and the defender has impressed with an average of 21 disposals and seven marks per game. Hughes last played for Fremantle against Essendon in round 18, where he collected 13 disposals and took four marks.
