Fremantle has taken 25 players to Melbourne for the round 1 clash with Collingwood on Friday night.

Among the players to board the Virgin Australia jet on Wednesday afternoon was Zac Clarke, who has been sidelined with a knee injury sustained in early January.

But senior coach Ross Lyon said Clarke was unlikely to be in the final 22-man team to face the Magpies at Etihad Stadium.

“He’s travelling but he’s not in the perceived 22,” Lyon said.

Melbourne recruit Colin Sylvia was also on the flight, while Lyon revealed young tall Jack Hannath would play.
