Meet 16-year-old Isaac Pearson from Kilaben Bay, NSW

Isaac is the captain of his under 17s football team, the Lake Macquarie Dockers, he is also a  level one qualified coach and currently coaches an Auskick team.

“Participating in the program would greatly improve my teaching skills as a coach and allow me to further mentor my peers,” Isaac said.

The 16-year-old has suffered a number of serious injuries over the past few years.

“Most of my injuries have stemmed from playing footy,” Isaac said.

“I've had two shoulder dislocations, multiple broken noses and a compressed spine.

“These injuries prevented my from playing the game I love and losing my spot in an AFL development academy.”

Isaac is now injury free and looking forward to the Live the Dream experience.
