North Melbourne’s 30-point win over Collingwood on Saturday night made it six wins in a row for Brad Scott's side.

The Kangaroos play Fremantle at Etihad Stadium this Sunday and a win should ensure a home final.

Kangaroos.com.au took a look at the important numbers from an individual and team perspective from the club's last match:

Individuals

- Brent Harvey continued his fantastic efficiency with ball in hand, registering a 91 per cent rating from 22 kicks and 11 handballs. Andrew Swallow was also precise, going at 88 per cent from his 24 disposals.

- Sam Gibson has made a habit of finding the football with his hard running into open space. He gathered another 25 uncontested possessions (of 28 total) and sits sixth in the league on average for the season. He also pulled in 13 marks, an AFL-high for the round.

- Ben Cunnington was a strong performer both with and without the ball. He gathered 24 disposals and 5 clearances, but just as significant was his 11 tackles. The number 10 has averaged 25 possessions and 7 tackles across the last four rounds.

- Drew Petrie pulled down 5 marks inside 50 to cause plenty of problems for the Magpies’ defence. But he wasn’t alone; fellow forward Robbie Tarrant took 4 marks inside the arc.

- Todd Goldstein was in terrific form and managed 40 hit-outs against Darren Jolly. He was handy around the ground too, registering 18 disposals and 5 inside 50s, as well as 9 score involvements.

- Swallow and Kieran Harper were the key antagonists in terms of defensive pressure. The captain tallied 22 pressure acts (implied and physical pressure), while Harper only gathered 9 disposals but was still influential with 18 pressure acts.

The team

- North’s disposal efficiency was again a feature. It went at 78 per cent from its 379 disposals.

- The Kangaroos opted for more of a focus on their kicking game, registering their highest tally in the stat category since Round 12 (238). It’s an interesting figure when you consider North leads the league for handballs this season.

- Restricting Collingwood’s forward thrusts was always going to pivotal, and Brad Scott would be pleased his side kept the Magpies to their lowest inside-50 tally since Round 3 (43).

- 123 marks was North’s highest tally of the season so far, highlighting its efficiency by foot.

- A settled back six has seen the Kangaroos’ defence stand strong during the last ten weeks. They’ve conceded a score of over 100 points just once since Round 10.

- An even spread of goal-kickers is important to a successful side, and North now has 13 players with 10 goals or more for the season.
