Fremantle has made 11 changes to its team to face Port Adelaide in its final home and away fixture for 2015.

Nine players will be rested while two miss due to injury, opening the door for three debutants.

Danyle Pearce, Luke McPharlin, Lee Spurr, Stephen Hill, Michael Johnson, David Mundy, Aaron Sandilands, Matthew Pavlich and Chris Mayne will all be rested to return fresh for week one of the finals.

Jon Griffin (hamstring) and Cam Sutcliffe (shoulder) are unavailable.

Brady Grey, Connor Blakely and Ethan Hughes (rookie elevation) will debut.
