A number of Freo players put their hand up for selection consideration after solid performances for Peel Thunder on Saturday.

These are some of the players whose performances have put them in the mix for a round 10 appearance against St Kilda on Saturday.

Michael Barlow
Barlow followed up his 39 disposal outing against South Fremantle last week with 44 touches against East Perth in Peel Thunder’s 14-point win on Saturday. In addition to his ability to find the ball, Barlow laid plenty of pressure with 13 tackles and kicked three goals in the win.

Brady Grey
The hard-nosed midfielder continued his consistent form in the WAFL, finishing with 19 touches and a goal.  Grey has collected 19 disposals or more in his past five games for Peel and has continued to provide his impressive chase and tackling ability.

Sam Collins
The big-bodied defender could see senior selection after consistent performances in the WAFL, particularly with the injury to key defender Alex Pearce (broken leg). Collins had 17 disposals, including seven marks in wet and windy conditions at Rushton Park, and even pushed forward with two forward 50 entries as well.

Jack Hannath
The 201cm big man performed well against the formidable East Perth ruck duo of Jonathon Giles and Paul Johnson, finishing with 16 disposals, 19 hit outs as well as kicking a goal in the win. Hannath also displayed his ground work, laying four tackles, the most of any ruckman on the ground.

Tendai Mzungu
Mzungu performed admirably in the midfield and constantly moved the ball forward, with 24 of his 29 disposals coming by foot. The hard working midfielder also pressured hard around the ball, finishing with eight tackles, the third most of any player for Peel.

Cam Sutcliffe
In torrential rain and in a game where field position was vital, Sutcliffe proved to be a helpful presence rebounding across halfback, gathering 25 disposals and taking seven marks. Like Mzungu, the running defender used his boot to good use, with a ratio of 17 kicks to eight handballs against the Royals.
