The Fremantle Dockers were back at training on Wednesday with pre-season under their belt and the Western Bulldogs in their sights.

Training emphasised ball movement in congestion, an important factor against a fast running Bulldogs team on the smaller playing surface of Etihad Stadium.

The players made sure to get their set shot practice in between drills, with Michael Barlow comfortably finishing from 40 metres out.

Nat Fyfe displayed his strength and nose for the ball on a number of occasions around the stoppages.

Handball heavy drills ensured the pressure was always on as the players worked their way through traffic.

Freo finished off the session by working on defensive structure and decision making.
