Fremantle rookies shine in Peel's 65-point win over the Perth Demons at Lathlain Park on Saturday.

Peel finished the game off strongly with a six goal to one last quarter to notch up their fourth win for the season.

Ruckman Jonathon Griffin believes the win was reward for effort.

"The hard work throughout the season is really starting to pay off now," he said.

"We're really starting to gel as a group."

Fremantle rookie Michael Wood continues with his fine form, kicking 5 goals, and racking up 25 disposals.

"He's in some great form at the moment, great to see the young fellas performing well," he said.

Fellow rookie Jacob Ballard starred in the midfield with 28 disposals and 8 tackles.

Key defender Alex Silvagni was reported after charging Aidan Tropiano late in a marking contest.
