Accuracy
Fremantle kicked 12.12 for the game. During an inaccurate third term, the Giants rallied and were within three kicks. Freo may be spending some extra time on set shots on the track this week.

A debut
Lachie Weller was met with rapturous applause when he had his first touch after he was subbed into the game early in the fourth term. He had eight disposals and three marks in his brief appearance.

Dawson
Zac Dawson played his first game since last year’s finals, after an injury riddled first half to 2015. He was straight back in the deep end lining up on Giants’ star forward Jeremy Cameron. Dawson had 14 touches and kept Cameron to two goals. Dawson will come under scrutiny for an incident that left Cameron with a bloody face.
