Fremantle midfielder Will Brodie has been awarded 10 AFLCA coaches’ votes following his stand-out performance against GWS on Saturday night at Optus Stadium.
 
The new recruit tallied up a career-high 37 disposals, 21 of those contested, to add to a list of impressive performances so far in Fremantle colours.
 
Brodie finished his night with six clearances, five tackles, six intercepts and 474 metres gained to help Fremantle defeat the Giants by 34-points.

Defender Heath Chapman (eight votes) was again impressive for Freo off half back with 11 intercepts and 24 disposals at 87.5% efficiency.
 
According to AFL Player Ratings, both Brodie and Chapman had career-best games overall on the night.

Defenders Griffin Logue and Brennan Cox were awarded three votes each for their efforts down back, amassing 16 intercepts between them.
 
Logue was a late addition to the team after Alex Pearce was a late withdrawal from the match, stepping up in Pearce’s absence to finish with 17 disposals and eight marks.
 
Nathan O’Driscoll was given the first two coaches’ votes of his career, kicking two goals alongside his 20 disposals and six tackles.

Andrew Brayshaw broke through another strong tag to record one vote, finishing with 26 disposals, six tackles, seven score involvements and a goal.
