Andrew Brayshaw has topped the AFLCA votes for Fremantle’s round 17 clash with St Kilda, polling eight votes in Fremantle’s 41-point win.
 
The midfielder racked up 36 touches for the clash – six more than any other player – while kicking a goal and laying 10 tackles.
 
His eight votes moves him into second in the standings alongside Gold Coast’s Touk Miller on 72 votes, trailing Melbourne’s Clayton Oliver on 84 votes.
 
Two of Freo’s big-bodied mids in Nat Fyfe and Will Brodie earnt seven votes each.
 
Playing more forward than midfield, Fyfe had three goals and 10 contested possessions, while Brodie was excellent with 29 disposals and two goals.
 
Small forward Lachie Schultz popped up with two goals and polled four votes, while defender Jordan Clark earnt two votes for this career-high 30 disposals.
 
Rory Lobb rounded out the votes for Fremantle with one vote for his two goals, 14 disposals and eight score involvements.
 
Brad Crouch (one vote) was the only vote getter for St Kilda.
