Cockburn will host its first clash between two AFL teams on Friday when Fremantle take on Adelaide in a match simulation on Friday 24 February at Victor George Kailis Oval .

Here’s everything you need to know about Freo’s first hitout against an AFL opponent this summer.

TIMING
Bouncedown is at 3.20pm. The game will be played over seven segments (6x25 minutes, 1x20 minutes, no time on) and will wrap up at approximately 6.50pm.

BROADCAST
The game will be streamed exclusively on Kayo and Foxtel. If you don’t have a Kayo subscription, you can sign up for a free seven day free trial.

ATTENDING THE GAME?
The game will be open to the public with free entry and no ticket required. Please note there is a limited capacity and locations around the oval that offer a full view of the oval. The public capacity permitted to view the game from these areas will be restricted to a maximum of 3000.

BANKWEST MERCH CONTAINER
The Dock will be selling all your Fremantle merchandise in the new Bankwest Merch Container from 1.30pm. The container will be located on the grassed area behind the goals at the eastern end of Victor George Kailis Oval, next to Remembrance Avenue.

PARKING AND ACCESS
Fans can access the viewing areas via Remembrance Ave, which will be closed to traffic on the day.
Only very limited parking will be available at the Cockburn ARC and fans are strongly encouraged to take public transport instead. Victor George Kailis Oval is an 800m walk from Cockburn Central train station, which is also serviced by buses 233, 514, 518, 520, 523, 525, 526, 527, 530, 531 and 532.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSABILITY
Wheelchair access will be available from the balcony overlooking Victor George Kailis Oval. There is also access available from the street at Remembrance Avenue.

FOOD AND SERVICES
Fans are encouraged to bring their own water, food and sunscreen. There will be limited food and beverage options available for purchase via suppliers which will set up along Remembrance Avenue. 
There will also be temporary public bathroom facilities available around the oval.
