Les, 48, won the rare opportunity to appear in a Fremantle Football Club team photo following his daughter Nicole’s prize winning poem entry in a 92.9 promotion spearheaded by sports presenter Basil Zempilas on the Em and Sam Mac show.
Nicole graciously gave her prize to her dad, who has been a passionate Fremantle fan since day one.
“It was very exciting. It was definitely a once in a lifetime opportunity,” Les said of lining up in the team photo.
Along with sitting between Senior Coach Mark Harvey and Captain Matthew Pavlich for the photo, Les met the playing group and got his team guernsey signed to cap off a truly memorable day.
