Fremantle midfielder Matthew Johnson has accepted a two-match suspension for engaging in rough conduct with Dayne Zorko in round 7.

Johnson tackled Zorko in the third quarter, with the Brisbane midfielder's head hitting the turf in the process.

The tackle was graded by the match review panel as careless conduct, high impact and high contact.

Zorko continued to play out the game after the incident but was subbed out in the fourth quarter due to an unrelated hamstring injury.

This is Johnson's first reportable offence and will be available for selection ahead the Club's round 10 clash against Geelong on Saturday 20 May at Optus Stadium.
