Fremantle have made one change for Sunday afternoon’s clash with Carlton at Optus Stadium.

Neil Erasmus makes his way into the starting 22 to replace the injured Nat Fyfe, while debutant Karl Worner has been named as the tactical sub.

Bailey Banfield, Corey Wagner and Sam Sturt have been named as the other emergencies for the clash.

The match will celebrate the 100th game of skipper Alex Pearce, a long-awaited milestone since making his debut in 2015.

The Carlton clash also celebrates the Club’s annual Purple Hands Foundation Game, with fans encouraged to make their mark and donate to Purple Hands to become an integral part in delivering essential programs that tackle key social issues impacting youth.

Support a great cause and get down to Optus Stadium early, with all the action kicking off from 12.30pm.

Bouncedown for the clash is at 2.40pm and will be broadcast live into Perth on Channel 7 and nationally on Fox Footy, as well as streamed live via Kayo.
